PTFE Coated Mesh Conveyor Belts

1.Excellent resistance to high temperatures: These conveyor belts could continuously work in temperatures between -140° C and +260℃ with peaks of up to 290℃;
*** Note: It will be wise not to utilize Kevlal and Kevlal Glass Open Meshes at temperatures above 170℃., or expose these meshes to UV or infra - red light (these conditions will provoke premature ageing ).
2.Very good resistance to chemicals and pharmaceuticals. It could be damaged only by Fluoric Acids or Ammonias;
*** Note: Low coated open meshes are not suitable for wet or high humidity processes.
3.These meshes have excellent Non - Stick properties, are easy to clean and degrease. Resins, paints, hot plastics and certain adhesives can be easily removed from the surface;
4.Excellent dimensional stabllity, good flexure - ability and mechanical strength. In some cases, these open mesh belts could be driven with cylinders with diameters as small as 80 mm;
*** Note: We recommend covering your cyllnders with “Silicone High Friction Tape”to achieve better grip of PTFE open mesh belts.

4.Belts for adhesive coating equipment, processing and coloring leather, lacquering,

varnishing, or painting furniture, paper processing;

5.Car windshield priming and printing and heating before pre – forming;

6.Transporting printed corrugated cardboard.
